Service coordinator

To expand our team, we are looking for a driven service coordinator with administrative tasks.
You will work from our office in Emmeloord.

What are you going to do:

  • You guide the process of malfunction reporting (from telephone to implementation by the team)
  • You keep the overview and ensure that work is done efficiently
  • You implement improvements (where possible).
  • You take care of the work preparation and ensure that the service mechanics can do their job
  • You make work orders
  • You check work orders for completeness
  • You guide and encourage service mechanics
  • You inform the administration about any details
  • You report directly to the management

What we ask:

  • You have at least a completed MBO4 education, or obtained this level through work experience
  • You are a real organizational talent
  • Your communication skills are well developed
  • You have dominance through knowledge, experience and personality
  • You live in Emmeloord or in the vicinity
