{"id":1409,"date":"2023-03-27T10:14:01","date_gmt":"2023-03-27T08:14:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eve-techniek.nl\/vacancies\/service-coordinator"},"modified":"2024-01-16T15:48:21","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T14:48:21","slug":"service-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eve-techniek.nl\/en\/vacancies\/service-coordinator","title":{"rendered":"Service coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>To expand our team, we are looking for a driven service coordinator with administrative tasks. <br\/>You will work from our office in Emmeloord.<br\/><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What are you going to do:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li> You guide the process of malfunction reporting (from telephone to implementation by the team)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You keep the overview and ensure that work is done efficiently<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You implement improvements (where possible).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You take care of the work preparation and ensure that the service mechanics can do their job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You make work orders <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You check work orders for completeness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You guide and encourage service mechanics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You inform the administration about any details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You report directly to the management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What we ask:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You have at least a completed MBO4 education, or obtained this level through work experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are a real organizational talent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your communication skills are well developed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have dominance through knowledge, experience and personality <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You live in Emmeloord or in the vicinity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our offer:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Varied and challenging job with room for your own ideas and input<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fulltime job<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possibility to follow courses or training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fine primary and secondary employment conditions such as: a collective pension, collective accident insurance and a 13th month<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A good salary; depending on your knowledge and experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Travel allowance <br\/><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>If you have any questions, feel free to send them to us by email.<br\/>We look forward to receiving your motivation and CV with enthusiasm.<br\/>You can send this to:<br\/>mrs.
